If you can remove distractions in life and continuously feed your brain via positive thoughts weather it is by listening to meaningful songs or placing a beautiful picture of smiling kids across the desk, It will empower your thought process continuously rather than looking at tv ads or random videos on phone.

Once you are alone and focusing on your work then your brain starts making a rhytm so you can do a work which will become masterpiece in itself as this work is a result of a brilliant ideas generated from deepest part of the brain.

All solutions lies within you, all we need to do is sit down and meditate on a problem, think from a fresh mind and make a decision and best way to take important decision in life is early morning 5 am- this is the time when the energy in sky will support you and when while during morning walk or watering plants when you will go through physical discomfort for any human being is the last option for your body to show you that you are not aligned with universe and there is an element lacking inside you, as the problem first starts with a simple thought as a seed in your head, The same discomfort which person never wants to share with anyone and creates a small packet of blockage in the head related to a particular emotion.
